1. How bookings are confirmed
- Sending the booking form, a WhatsApp message or calling us is a request, not a confirmed booking.
- A booking is confirmed only when our team confirms it to you on WhatsApp or by phone.
- Availability can change until a booking is confirmed.
2. Prices and quotes
- Prices on this website are starting prices ("from") and are a guide only.
- The final price for your booking is confirmed to you in writing (for example on WhatsApp) before you pay anything.
- Prices can depend on dates, season, group size, room or vehicle type and the operator.
3. Advance payment, cancellation and refunds
- Whether an advance payment is needed, and how much, is shared with your quote.
- Cancellation and refund terms depend on the room, property or activity operator, and are shared with your quote. Please read them before paying.
- If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by phone.
4. Rooms and stays
- All guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID and show it at check-in.
- Check-in and check-out times depend on the property and are shared with your booking.
- Guests are expected to follow the property's house rules and take care of the room and its contents.
5. Scuba diving, boating and other activities
- Scuba diving, boat trips and water activities depend on the weather, sea and river conditions, and the operator's safety rules.
- The operator may cancel, delay or reschedule a trip for safety reasons, including on the day. In that case, rescheduling or refund options are as agreed with your quote.
- You must follow the instructions of instructors and crew at all times, and honestly declare any health conditions on the operator's forms.
- Operators may set their own age, health and fitness requirements and may refuse participation for safety reasons.
6. Bike and scooter rental
- Riders must hold a valid driving licence for the type of vehicle and carry it while riding. Other documents may also be required, as told to you at booking.
- Helmets must be worn by the rider and any pillion rider at all times.
- The rider is responsible for following traffic laws, and for any traffic fines and damage during the rental period, as set out in the rental agreement.
- Any deposit, fuel and return terms are explained at pickup and in the rental agreement.
7. Taxis and transfers
- Pickup times and places are confirmed with your booking. Please share any changes, delays or new train or bus timings with us as early as possible.
- Travel times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and road conditions.
8. Your responsibilities
- Give correct contact and travel details so we can confirm and coordinate your booking.
- Respect local laws, temple dress codes, beach safety warnings and the rules of each property and operator.
9. Your data and the booking form
- This website does not store your details. When you submit the booking form, it simply opens WhatsApp with your details filled into a message.
- Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. The message is then handled through WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
- We use the details you share only to respond to and manage your booking.
